Fara Coffee’s Farms Owned and operated by the Farahani family, the three farms (or "fincas") of Fara Coffee represent a five-generation tradition of experience and dedication to coffee cultivation.

    San Francisco was one of the earliest farms planted by German immigrants, whose families continued to live on the farm through the years. Historically, it served as a showcase of the latest growing techniques combined with modernland conservation practices. San Francisco finca is located 4.6 miles from Matagalpa City in Matagalpa County.

    EL DIAMANTE

    El Diamante, or "The Diamond," is a tiny gem - our smallest farm. It is located near San Ramón, a late 1800's gold mining town. When the gold rush ended, El Diamante began producing a new gold standard in Matagalpa - fine Arabica coffee. El Diamante finca is located 7.5 miles from Matagalpa City in San Ramón County.
